• High Rise Maintenance Technician and/or Subcontractor

• Experience is PREFERRED in repelling, window cleaning and/or pressure washing.  Willing to train the right person.  MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS.  Drug test and background check will be required.  Must have own transportation and valid drivers licence.  
• SUBCONTRACTORS must have valid liability insurance.
